IMDB rating: 4.40 Plot: While he’s deep undercover in New York, DEA agent Shane Tanner, the son of a legendary cooler named Dalton, learns that his uncle Nate Tanner got beat up by a group of men because he doesn’t want to sell the Black Pelican, his bar in Tyree, Louisiana. Shane takes off for Louisiana to find out who attacked Nate. Shane decides to stay in Nate’s house for the time being, and run the Black Pelican in Nate’s absence, much to the dismay of former Black Pelican cooler Bill “Wild Bill” Decarie. Wild Bill wants to buy the Black Pelican since it’s located in a prime location for running drugs. The Black Pelican is close to the border, it’s between Florida and Texas, and it’s in an area where drugs can be smuggled pretty much undetected. But Shane doesn’t want to sell, and damages the numerous thugs that Bill sends his way. Also, Dalton was murdered years ago, and Shane still wonders who killed Dalton. When Shane was a rookie state trooper in Tyree, Shane had come home from work one night, and found Dalton fatally shot. After that, Shane left town and became a DEA agent. Now, Wild Bill’s boss, Miami crime syndicate kingpin Victor Crost, decides that it’s time to handle matters personally, because Wild Bill’s men are not doing a good job of it. Shane is soon faced with impossible odds and a low number of staff members at the Black Pelican. i just started writing this story the other day, it obviously not done and there is ALOT of spelling ( & Grammer) errors, but i was just looking for some feedback or tips if any one has the time to read it…. thanks!
I sat beside him, Over analizing every move he made and every word he said. My heart thumped madly ever time his eyes looked over at me. But mostly he gazed off in the distance, Driving my crazy with how casual he was. we talked about everything. Egging on each others wild and elaberate theories and thriving on the surealness of this moment. It felt so right. So perfect. It felt as if i had known him my entire life. I rested my knee agaisnt him, and he looked up into my eyes and my heart skipped, he leaned forward and pressed his lips against my shoulder. My heart hammered in impatiant anticipation, he brought his head up and pressed his lips agaisnt mine. and i crushed mine back agaisnt his. He chuckled softly as he drew away. " Thats not how you kiss" He said with a smile.
"show me?" I asked
He brought his lips back down to mine and kissed me softly moving my mouth with his. I melted into the moment and when he pulled out of the kiss he grinned at me and said" we’ll work on it"
I leaned back on the ground and let the spring sun wash over me, it was early enough in spring that there was still patches of snow around that were hidded in the shade of trees. I breathed in a deep breath of the fresh air and looked over to smile at him. I wanted to keep us here forever, to never stop talking and just, being. "tell me a story" I said.
He did. He made up a story, somthing simple and silly and pointless and i lay there and closed my eyes and just listned to his voice. Then he said the one thing i didnt want to hear
"We should get going"
Every fiber in my body protested that suggestion but i nodded my head and stood to walk beside him down the mountain. We rewached the bottem and i reluctently opened the car door and slid in. He got in and turned on the car. "lets just stay here a bit" i said
"sure" he said as he slipped in a cd. he leaned his seat back and reached over to hold my hand. We sat there for a long time and i loved that we could just be together like that, that we could just sit and appriciate one anothers presence without finding anything awkward or uncomfortable about the silence. Finally though he put the car in reverse and pulled out onto the road. When we got to my house I reached out to grab the door handle " call me?" I asked "I will" he said once again with that casualness that drove me crazy. I shut the car door and floated in the house.
The second i was inside i went straight to computer and hoped i would hear that familiar little "ding" that would inform me that he was online. It took longer then i would have liked but it came. And the second it did a relief washed over me. A waited a couple of seconds, to try and disguise my eagerness before i said hello. When we talked it seemed i found out just as much about myself as i did about him, i felt myself open up and saw more come out then i knew i had in me. "call me" I said, and he did. I Layed down on the sofa, the phone tucked against my ear and just listened to him talk, the sound of his voice was my own personal lullybie.
I don’t know when i fell asleep, but I awoke with the phone still pressed agaisnt my ear. I fought my first impulse, which was to call him immediatly and instead decided a shower was a good idea. I climbed in and let the hot water wash over me and went over everyword that we said last night, my head sawm with fantasy of him, Of being in his arms, pressing my face against his chest. I shook my head clear, Knowing it was all crazyness. None if it was as real or as magical as it had all seemed yesterday. This was all in my head. I was silly with lust. I knew This was true but it didnt make it any less sweet. It didnt make the desire to call him lessen any. Enjoy it while it lasts I told myself. I got out of the shower and dryed my hair. As i stepped out of the bathroom my eyes went straight to the phone. "No" I told myself. " He’ll think your insaine if you call again so soon." So I dressed, threw on some mascara and way to much eyeliner.
All the sudden my brain kicked in and stopped. "****" I said outloud, I ran to the next room and looked at the clock. 10:00 am. It was monday. God was I that clueless? I was late for school, as I was most days but i was embaressed that I had been that overwhelmed by a boy that i didnt even know what day it was anymore. I grabbed my stuff and my skateboard and hauled *** to school. It felt good to have my head cleared of the foggy lust daze for a few minuets as the wind flew through my hair while i rushed to school. by the time i got there i was about 2 and a half hours late… But no one even seemed to notice. Or maybe they were just use to me showing up late. I didnt take school seriously, but i still showed up most of the time, course my grades were awful,

Doesn’t seem original, I’d work on making it your own by using more adjectives- really try to develop your characters and plot with advanced descriptions.
How does your face feel when it’s pressed against his chest? Just saying this isn’t enough to make this more than an average story.

IMDB rating: 2.30 Plot: Coach Fields is pathetic. He has the distinction of being the worst coach in the history of sports anyone can recall. A loser of enormous proportions, the incompetent and seemingly hopeless coach is convinced by fellow coach Freddie Wiseman to return to the field for one last shot. Assuring his long suffering wife that he will not ignore his family, Coach moves them to Plainfolk, Texas where he hopes to redeem himself and his reputation. Here he begins yet another attempt to improve his abysmal record - this time as the coach of the football team at Heartland State University. But he is saddled with a team of misfits - most of whom don’t know the difference between a line of scrimmage and a line at the cafeteria. Coach is in serious need of some real talent to beef up his line-up and finds his number one recruit on the university’s baseball diamond. The ever-so-handsome Lance Truman (Matthew Lawrence) brings with him a distinguished award winning career - albeit for the most dropped balls - as well as determination. Coach convinces Truman to join the team as quarterback, and the young athlete comes on board despite the objection of his father (Nick Searcy). Wearing jersey #1 is Trotter, the bling-wearing, girl magnet wide receiver who can actually catch and run with the ball, as long as his over-sized ego does not get in the way. i have 3 really close friends. g1 g2 and g3. srry this can be long but please bear with me. so lately we’ve had a rocky friendship. a couple of days ago g1 got really snobby, about how smart she was, rich connections and she acted like she was an exception for everything. and g2 and g3 agreed. but now my teacher recommended me to take a gifted test. but at that time the school board said if you take the test this year, you have to change schools. so i said no. but now i want to because i really want to stay with my friends but they’re all auditioning for other schools and the work in this school is too easy. they give me easy stuff and i rush through it not reading it fully and i can’t do the best i can. and my friends know about this. and they aren’t very supportive, and whenever i worry if i can take the test now (cause for me it’s a big deal) they always act annoyed. i know i probably tire them out with saying this but they always act like i will understand anything, accept anything they tell me, and i don’t mind. in fact i love being trusted like that. but it’s never reciprocal. i feel like whenever i try to talk to them, they don’t have to understand, but i always have to. sorry i know this is really long and out of place i just feel so irritated. also, they too always have they’re bad days and i understand. but they don’t understand me. btw g1 isn’t a problem anymore

Your decks are getting bigger, and they need to get smaller. You’re now at 59 cards, and you’ll struggle to find what you need.
Again, your deck lacks any real focus. If you’re going to use synchros, you need to build the deck around them, (or at least use tuners which help your deck in other ways)
Get an idea of what you want to do it, which cards best allow you to do it, and build a deck on that theme. Random decks can’t really be fixed by "add x, remove y, add another z", especially if you don’t tell us what you want the deck to do.

How Do I Protect My Singing Voice?
I am a singer and i have constantly heard that eating dairy products are bad for your voice. I understand that they say that it causes mucus which can clog up your voice. But at the same time I am really frustrated by this because You need dairy products in order to have a sufficient source of Vitamin D and Calcium. If I stop it altogether it can lead to osteoporosis (if that`s how you spell it) which is bone loss. And plus I LOVE cheese and ice cream. Are there any other ways for me to find a sufficient source of Vitamin D and Calcium BESIDES taking vitamin supplements because that is my last resort.
I don’t think there is any reason for you to quit eating/drinking dairy products since it doesn’t really effect your voice unless you’re about to sing, before a show you should only drink water, and not anything dairy.
Avoid smoking and drinking if you want to maintain a good singing voice.

What haircut and color should I get?
I got a $50 gift card from my sister for X-mas for Aveda salon. I have very naturally dark brown hair and it is about 2 inches below shoulder length and all one length cut straight across! I usually wear it up in a high ponytail and curl it but I am getting bored with it and want something super glamorous and feminine! My color is kind of dead and I would love to have a little life in it and sparkle and I don’t want to have to spend hours styling it but I don’t want it short because I have a very round face. Would long layers look good on me? What should I ask for at the salon to give my hair some oomph? I just don’t want it to turn out red, blonde, or short! I have very pale skin with reddish undertones. Do I ask for highlights or a glaze or an all over color? Also, what haircut do most women have who wear it wavy and with that tousled, messy, sexy look? I tried curling my hair but it looked terrible and I’m thinking it has something to do with it all being one length! Also when I just wear it down it looks so boring and drags my face down and makes my face look heavier (another reason why I like to put it up). How do I get that look? All tips and advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have no questions.. just regrets..I have one question.. why? why did i do it?
I have had my dog since I was a young boy and I am now a grown man. He was 11 years old. I got this dog when he was so small he could fit in one hand. I literally grew up with this dog and I loved him so much he was my best friend for a long time, even though I didn’t always treat him like I should have. He spent much of his life couped up inside like a prisoner, but a few months back we got a house way out in the country and i let him run free because I was tired of seeing him look miserable inside with no yard. At first I was worried about him running but I soon realized he knew where his home was and he would always come home before it got dark. In fact he would spend most of his time on the porch or around the house even though he had free run of the entire wilderness. He was in such good shape for such an old dog, even though I am pretty sure he was in the beginning stages of heart worm because his breathing was so labored when he slept and he would cough a lot. Nonetheless he would chase the younger dogs around and he was the boss of his domain.
There was a pond out back where he would run, play and catch small creatures and eat them. He had the time of his life. Unfortunately, I had to go and mess it all up….
It all started when I cheated on my girlfriend whom I live with and love very much. I left her for more than a week and I almost lost my job by doing so. Fortunately she took me back because she loves me so much. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay the rent because of this and instead of using all of my money to pay my bills and stay where I was at, I decided to go to a relative’s house where I could save money. Although I loved my little house in the country, the gas money was adding up and my girlfriend’s job really sucked. We took a trip to the area where my relative lived and she wound up getting a good job.
So we moved to an area where the highway is about 200 yards from the house and there is a street less than 50 yards from the house. Since the backyard is so massive though, like literally acres and acres, I didn’t want to deprive my old doggie of his running space and take his liberty back. I insisted he run free like at the old house, and he had a great time doing so. He would play with my relatives dog who also runs free. They got into a lot of mischief and wound up going to the pound one time and we had to bail them out… then last week things took a turn for the worst…
It has been getting cold outside and it has even been raining. I have been working so hard that I would neglect my dog, which I have been in the habit of doing for a while. I would look over from time to time while he was in the house and he would look so sad and miserable. I’d pet him for a little while and then I’d let him outside because I know he has fun outside. However lately he began wanting to come inside a lot. He didn’t run around as much, and he would just sit on the chair on the porch and sleep.
One night last week he tried to come in. It was dark, it was kind of cold and it had been raining. he looked full of life as usual and ran up ot the door when he saw me, trying to come in as hard as he could. Being the lazy neglectful idiot that i am i told him to hold on a minute…. I forgot about him…
I left him out there for about two hours. When my girlfriend got home from work he greeted her and he was fine. She went in with the groceries, we talked for a while and in about an hour she decided to go and let him in. Unfortunately.. he was nowhere to be found.
I look back at that night and I see my furry son’s face as he looks up at me wanting so badly to come in. That night like many others i took him for granted. I neglected him. I guess I expected him to be there later. There he was one moment… an hour later gone. It has been a week now,,, no sign of my buddy.. i have searched everywhere on this land. I have gone through mud in freezing weather, posted fliers, called pounds, posted on craigslist, asked people in the neighborhood.. there is no sign of him.
I have heard that dogs sometimes go off in the wilderness to die. He didn’t seem like he was gonna die soon. This guy was so full of life. He was so vibrant and energetic. I mean he still caught creatures and killed them.He still ran around full speed.
Do you all think he ran away because i didn’t let him in? You think dogs do that? he has never ran away. I love this dog so much, and now i am just asking myself why.. why didn’t i just let him in.. that night when i stared at him in the doorway we looked at each other as if we both knew.. but at the time i didn’t realize it. He looked atme and we froze and stared at each other and that moment is trapped in my head forever now. I’ll never forget the time I let my best friend run off never to see him again. I never thought i would cry like this over a dog. But he was the first dog i ever had and i didn;t know how much i would miss him until now.

It’s ok, we all make mistakes. It could be possible the dog ran away, or went to find shelter. Either way, if and when you get him back make sure you take a little time each day just so he knows you still love him. To me, a best friend comes before a girlfriend. Good luck!!

I feel your pain, baby. Hang in there. Wherever he is, he feels your love. He might’ve found a new home and he might’ve (well, let’s face the dark side too) died, but I’m sure in every different scenario, he will have understood you. Humans have words to communicate their feelings, but animals don’t, so they are more sensitive to other’s emotions. He will have known. He ran away because he isn’t adjusted to his new life and his new treatment of you. He is like the rebellious, neglected son of a busy father. His father cares about him, but doesn’t have the time to show him. So the son runs away, believing that the father hates him. But sooner or later, every child like that comes around. If the dog had indeed run away, he has turned back and is searching for you now. Don’t despair. Pray for him to be safe. I hope wherever he is, he is warm and safe.
