Am I the ultimate sinner?
Is being atheist really the ultimate sin? In the bible, all sins are equal, so… why am I a sinner for being atheist? I helped people, I stopped my friend’s from killing them self’s, so technically, I saved a two lives. In they’re eyes, they see me as a hero.
I have helped out the poor, I have worked in a soup house, I have helped strangers just so I know I did a good thing. But the ultimate creator thinks of me as a fool, so far, my teachers and family beg to differ. I have brought of my F because I never tried, to an A because I wanted to get that A. I know I’m smart, and not a fool. But aparently I am.
So… am I really…
A fool?
A bad person?
The ultimate sinner?
Can I not be forgiven for dieing atheist?
Ha! Yeah, I am given a choice to be christian, but God see’s me as a horrid dreaded person just because I am skeptic, with a story like that, he could have expected skeptics, but instead, he tells skeptics to burn in hell for eternity. Just cuz I’m different.
you relies we Christians believe God GIVES YOU A CHOICE to become christian?

Yeah but it’s very odd how being an atheist is the unforgivable sin… yet murdering or raping your own family is forgivable.
Snow | Nov 19, 2009
In reality we all are sinners and deserve to burn in hell……….but its our Faith that Jesus Christ, the Son of God came to this Earth 2,000 years ago to save us from our sins.
We believe in that but you don’t but I can’t deny that we both are Sinners.

Dictators like you to be loyal……sorry.

do you go to a catholic school? Thats why I became an athiest by bent sent to a catholic school ain’t that ironic
Nerdy_Chick | Nov 19, 2009
you need to let jesus into your heart and you will be forgiven
gunman | Nov 19, 2009
I’d vote for you. I thought Jesus said "anyone who does something nice for someone else you actually are doing it to JESUS" ?!

Good deeds don’t get us to Heaven. We must be forgiven in this life. The only way to Heaven is salvation by accepting Jesus as Lord.

Even though you have done good things, and consider yourself a "good" and "smart" person in the world’s standards, God’s standards are much higher, and all have fallen short.
Owldude | Nov 19, 2009
well if you tried to have a relationship with God and gave it a chance, you can be forgiven. I’m a christian, and i don’t think youre a bad person for being athiest.. but i wish that you’d give God a chance cus he’s really amazing and can change your life, just like he did for me.
you’re not a fool or a bad person.. but i don’t think that you would be forgiven if you died as an athiest.. because you never had a relationship with Christ.
don’t feel bad, but God is waiting for you to just surrender to him. he is so awesome and can really transform your life. he will forgive you if you decide that you want Him to come into your life.

No I think the ultimate sinner, is the guy I know who had se* with his 13 yr old niece. Although he claims he’s been saved….sooooooo he’s going to heaven and apparently I’m going to hell. Yea I don’t need a religion like that.

While I respect Christianity as a religion, Christianity has always been a power hungry religion since its inception. The ideal that non-believers are the worst kinds of sinners is a mere recruitment tactic. Don’t fret.
The kindest people I’ve met have been atheist. Conversely, I’ve seen "good" Christians do not-so-Christian things.
Don’t let man’s skewed versions and verses of the Bible get to you. The Creator is pure love and doesn’t think ANY of its creations are foolish, bad, or ultimate sinners. It loves you for you, no matter what you do, who you believe, what you say, etc.

Wow… I’m so glad I became a Christian before I learned about sin and "sinners". If I did, I’m sure it would turn me off. I just became a Christian because I loved how beautifully Jesus lived His life and I wanted to do the same.
Read James 1:27… you’re almost there. Think with your spirit and not with your current understanding.
*I’m saying that, because it’s really important to be humble especially if you are into doing good works.
**And I don’t know you but I would not think you were the *ultimate* sinner. As scripture says:
If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. -1 Timothy 5:8

You are more religious by your human nature than most people claim to be . I’m like you too . I don’t believe in any those religions . I donate to animal charities on a monthly basis and I’m usually kind and forgiven to other people . I’m willing to help somebody out or I give a dollar or two to the people begging on the street . If there was a god or a great spirit . It will judge you by your deeds on earth . I would not be bothered by what other people say . As long you are good person by nature That’s all that matters . Further more what is the standard for a sinner ? Has anybody or anything has yet to establish a standard ultimate sinner guideline . I don’t think so . Don’t worry just continue to do what you are doing . Enjoy life be happy

I believe that God is what he says He is. And I believe that God will do what he says he will do.
Psa 65:5 By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:
Psa 67:7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
Psa 98:3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
Pro 30:4 Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son’s name, if thou canst tell?
Isa 26:15 Thou hast increased the nation, O LORD, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.
Isa 52:10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God
Isa 45:22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
Isa 45:23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Rom 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
Php 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
1Ti 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

You can be forgiven. I recommend praying the rosary on a daily basis. It is an excellent way to know for sure that God exists. See the following promises, especially #4 and #8.
The rosary is explained here:
http://www.ewtn.com/Devotionals/prayers/ rosary/how_to.htm
The fifteen promises of Mary to Christians who recite the rosary:
1. Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary shall receive signal graces.
2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.
3. The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against Hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.
4. It will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.
5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.
6. Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries, shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just, he shall remain in the grace of God and become worthy of eternal life.
7. Whoever shall have a true devotion for the Rosary shall not die without the Sacraments of the Church.
8. Those who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenitude of His graces; at the moment of death, they shall participate in the merits of the saints in Paradise.
9. I shall deliver from Purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary.
10. The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in Heaven.
11. You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the Rosary.
12. All those who propagate the Holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.
13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire Celestial Court during their life and at the hour of death.
14. All who recite the Rosary are my sons, and brothers of my only Son, Jesus Christ.
15. Devotion to my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.
God bless!
Dave
